Under the direct supervision of the Call Center Manager, incumbent is responsible for scheduling appointments.

You Will Need:

  1. High School Diploma or equivalent
  2. At least 1 year customer service experience.
  3. Self-motivated and positive attitude
  4. Good communication skills both verbal and written
  5. Computer literate
  6. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Job Duties:

  1. Give appointments by phone.
  2. Cancel and reschedule booked appointments.
  3. Place outbound calls to no-show patients for a new appointment.
  4. Resolves issues on eMessenger; failed call report.
  5. Other duties as assigned.
