POSITION TITLE: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
FLSA: NON- EXEMPT
Under the direct supervision of the Call Center Manager, incumbent is responsible for scheduling appointments.
You Will Need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year customer service experience.
- Self-motivated and positive attitude
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Computer literate
- CPR (provided by SCHC within 6 months of hire)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Give appointments by phone.
- Cancel and reschedule booked appointments.
- Place outbound calls to no-show patients for a new appointment.
- Resolves issues on eMessenger; failed call report.
- Other duties as assigned.
